Hello, I am 14 years old, And I have a LEGITIMATE question, so don't post anything disrespectful PLEASE
My haircare and vitamin intake has been severely lacking, and I've been noticing some thinning in the hair along my crown, to where I can see a spot about the size of a dime, My hairline seems to have always been naturally high but I believe there's some recession, the first doctor I went too stated I had some inflamation in my scalp and some bad dandruff and perscribed some cream, she forwarded me to a dermatologist, he said there wasn't much to go off of, (I don't think his examination was very close) I did one of those online consultations with Dr Rahul Kumar, he stated from the images i gave, it was Androgenic Alopecia and I should start on some Biotin or minoxidil 2%

What do you guys think??

I'm not sure entirely...
I can send some more
I also have been noticing some more shedding than usual, from what I hear losing about 40-100 is normal, if I were too guess i probably lose somewhere between 40-80 maximum, daily

I did.. Both said nothing, I'm starting to believe it's me over-reacting but everytime I look in the mirror or look at a photo I start to think otherwise

Alright, assuming my age It's probably best if I just eat healthier and keep an eye on it, luckily my derm had scheduled an appointment in 2 months to re-evaluate

Thanks for the help.

1. take pictures
2. See a professional
There is no rush male pattern baldness is a very slow process. You have tons of time to see how it goes and if its gets worse. Dont worry about it just take action when your completely sure its male pattern baldness. Life is too short to waste worrying

Alright, I guess I was over-reacting a bit in the first place, I had just gotten back in school and realized 3/4 people are dealing with the same sort of thinning at the crown/hairline as me... Or infact have it worse
I'll keep and eye on it in the next two monthh and try to eat a healthier diet

Hello... I have taken a few more pictures and kinda jumped at what I saw..

Some are with wet hair and some dry

At this point I've kinda getting scared.. I can't start any serious medication to exactly help it
I've been told it could be a fungal infection or something but I doubt it, my vitamin intake and general nutrition kinda sucks, but I'm not sure how big of a role that plays, my hairline seems to be a bit off too, some minor recession along the temples and thinning through the partline and what not, maybe I'm over-reacting but this is starting to get me worried...

If I could get any sort of advice or plan of action I'd be grateful, one doctor I went too told me it was sebbhoric dermatitis which is dandruff I believe, and the other said the same thing
