Hi I am 23 and I noticed my hair getting thinner around the sideburns/crown area about 6-8 months ago. When i move around the hair near my crown it seems thinner/shorter than the rest of my head (not sure if that is due to my cowlick or miniaturization). My hairline seems mostly intact, maybe a little even recession but I have never noticed it moving back.
I've asked some people and they say its just my cowlick/my naturally very thin and coarse hair, but I feel like something is off. I ordered castor oil and nizoral and will see if anything changes.
My dad has a very similar back of his head and he still has a full head of hair, albeit thin like mine. Most of these pictures are taken under direct light so they are more pronounced. I tried to get multiple hair lengths and the last 3 pics are me 6 months ago. Sorry if I am freaking out, but I feel like something changed!
