Hi guys!
I seriously need some help... the last 3-4 months I've been shedding at least 150-200 hairs a day. I've been using keto 2% schampoo (feels like it makes it worse) and hoping that it's just some seasonal shed. It isn't, my scalp begins to feel tight and looks shiny, most of the hair who falls out have sebum on them and i have itches aswell. My crown is visibly thinning, I'm losing hair all over the top and my hairline is working it's way to a horse shoe. I'm about a NW3v right now, I was a nw2,5 four months ago... I knew i had a receding hairline, and thought it would go at a moderate pace until 30, like my dad. But at my current pace i will be totally bald in 3-4 years...

I think my problem is that my follices are really sensitive plus that I have higher DHT than usual. My body hair is growing like crazy as well.

Anyway... what do you guys think i should do? Jump on the big three or look at dutasteride?

It seems like your hair loss is very aggressive. I would say jump on the big three but use dutasteride in place of finasteride. A regimen of dutasteride, minoxidil and Nizoral should make your hair absolutely bulletproof.

Definitely get on Dutasteride, Ketoconazole, and Minoxidil to treat your hair loss. Those three treatments should really help you in the situation you're in. :)

He should go for Dutasteride instead of Finasteride because it's more effective at treating male pattern baldness, especially that in his case it seems extremely aggressive.

Hey I'm in a similar at situation except I'm 20, hair loss had been quite slow for a few years but then it's been very aggressive recently. I used avodart for about a month but it gave me gyno so I don't know what to do, been using folligen cream on my hairline for the past month but I swear it's making things worse. I also use a keto shampoo.

Thanks for the answers mates.
Yes, my hair loss has evolved to be very aggressive over the last months. I must have raised my dht by having on and off girlfriend, working out, being on low bf and doing intermittent fasting...

The only thing bothering me with duta, is that i always have had puffy nips and might develop gyno on it. And having to cancel a regimen results in more hair loss as I've understood?

What do you think of starting with finasteride and try it for a year and then go over to duta if it doesn't work?

It's perfectly fine to start with Finasteride and then try Dutasteride if the previous medication doesn't work. :)

I don't think it will stop either, but for every month more i can get without shaving and looking **** (don't fit shaved) is worth fighting for.

There is a user here on this forum by the name of 'zzzzz' and he has incredibly aggressive MBP with a NW7 pattern. However, he was able to stop the progression and reverse a lot of his hair loss by using Dutasteride, Ketoconazole, and Minoxidil. He actually made a post here on this thread at the first page. Go check out his success to see for your self.

A man shedding a lot of hair from male pattern baldness at age 20 doesn't always mean nothing is going to stop it.
