I started liking my face at around the same time 5-6 months. This is when I first had a positive comment on my looks and I became v hopeful. But the real gain has been since. Every month since than has been improvement and its still getting better at 11 months.

Balding started pretty early, I was never a NW0 beyond my early 20's. But real thinning over the last decade, i.e. late 20's to late 30's.
I started treatment 1 year ago.

That is encouraging. I guess I have same hairloss you've had. Started balding early 20s with real thinning last decade, and I am mid-30s now. Have started minoxidil, dermarolling, Ketaconzole 2% and castor oil in December 2015, and finasteride just a week ago. Will give it a shot till 2017, if I get same results as you I would be very happy with the hope for better treatments on the way

When I complete 1 year of treatment at end of February, I am gonna take my temples fight to the next level with Topical dutasteride added to Minoxidil for temples only (4 X 0.5mg per bottle).

I am also planning to use Bimatoprost 0.03% (Latisse) on my temples this summer.

When I complete 1 year of treatment at end of February, I am gonna take my temples fight to the next level with Topical dutasteride added to Minoxidil for temples only (4 X 0.5mg per bottle).

I am also planning to use Bimatoprost 0.03% (Latisse) on my temples this summer.

What made you decide to add topical dutasteride vs something like topical spironolactone? Just like topical finasteride, if the dutasteride provides benefit it would likely be from systemic absorbtion.

Why not just switch to oral dutasteride instead of finasteride. Would probably yield better growth.

Replace finasteride with dutasteride, then go topical spironolactone. Then days you're not using keto use Nioxin shampoo instead. Just my 2 cents

Nice work! Another member called Mr Robot used/using Peppermint oil and Retin A and got some good regrowth. He's using minoxidil also, but i don't know, maybe there is something to it.

Just trying to see if it works or not so I know. Besides I have 180 dutasteride capsules spare which I ordered in an elevanted state of mind.
I am keeping Oral dutasteride as an option for the longer term if and when finasteride stops working at some point.

Thats great. I think you should add DR- once a week. You've been slick for a long time... it would help to revive your scalp, break calcifications...

Bimatoprost is a waste - you won't get anything from it at .03%. There's been zero anecdotal evidence that people using that concentration off-label have grown hair with it.

I am not looking at regrowth but to give my already growing hair at the temples a boost in thickness and length. See my latest temple pics at bottom of page 4.
