Been 13 Weeks Since My Hair Transplant - Getting Discouraged

my hair looks less dense than ever and what's weird is I don't think I'm shedding much. I go in the shower and I'm only losing like 10-20 hairs per day - I've been told even 50-100 is normal


Is this just shock loss? Will it come back? I got about 11-12K hairs transplanted so I know the hair that grows in will make a huge difference but how much of my lost hair will I get back?


I attached 3 pics from last year and 2 from this year, am I going crazy or have I lost a lot of hair? top 2 are now - bottom 3 are last year

its just been 3 months.. you gotta wait. I'm not sure if anyone can answer your questions tbh

dude 13 weeks is nothing. You need to wait a full year to get the full results.

everybody I talk to says the results in 6 months to a year looks fantastic

it's just hard to stay patient

Your hair will be likely worse than before the surgery for the first 4 months. You have shock loss and the nontransplanted hairs also fall out. When the hair resting phase is over your hair should come in thick. Good Luck

So will the non transplanted hair that fell out come back you think?

Also will I see results as extreme as this? This gentleman has nearly identical hair traits to mine (very thick, wavy hair) but he only had 2800 grafts while I did 4K grafts
