I wish that were true, but if it were, Replicel would be a $5 stock. Instead it has lost half its value in the last 12 months, and had to do two life-preserver rounds of private placement funding to stay afloat. It’s jusy not reasonable to believe it’s going to happen for Replicel next year.

The best protocol that is absolutely going to be released is Follica’s, likely in 2019-2020. I would be shocked and depressed if Follica wasn’t released before 2021. If that’s the case, I give up and will get a transplant (which by then, ARTAS should have a bot that can harvesting AND implant, which will be a game changer for the hair transplant industry).

I agree with you. It's not going to happen for Replicel next year. It will happen for Shiseido though or at the very least, it is likely to. Replicel is a sh*t company that fortunately stumbled on to some good tech which Shiseido will develop and market.

Replicel's stock is sh*t not because the tech doesn't work, it's because investors don't have any faith in replicel's ability to actually bring it to market effectively in the near future. Replicel admits that while Shiseido could potentially launch RCH-01 in the near future (2018) it will still be several more years before it comes to market in the west (2021 or something).

I guarantee you though, once/if Shiseido announces positive results to their phase II and a release date, Replicel's stock will rise, probably to the $ 3 - $5 range. All it took was a roadmap letter from the CEO last january to get it up to $1.30.

Thank God for Shiseido, they have literally saved RCH-01 and Replicel for that matter.

Edit: My reasons for stating Replicel is a sh*t company mostly stem from how they reneged on their agreement with Shiseido in regards to the phase II trial. They basically contracted out all of the risk to Shiseido, which is rational on their part but reflects poor ethics. That being said, it is in our best interests for Replicel to succeed as a company and they could still be very successful investment if you hold a long position for a long enough time (years...). When you consider they also have a treatment to reverse skin damage/aging as well, it could be worth the wait.

Yes. RCH-01 treatment has the potential to make all scalp hair DHT resistant like donor hair. That is what the Phase I study has shown so far, 5 years out.

Imo once shisheido delivers results in 2018 and starts tje commercialization in 2018, replicel will get a lot more of attention and some investors will spend money on it to bring it here in europe/America, the shitty part is that legislation here is a lot more strict tjan in Japan, but replicel could use the results from Shisheido's procedures once the treatment is available to get the FDA approval.

Yes, Shiseido will potentially be bringing RCH-01 to market next year thanks to Japan's legislation for expedited approval of regenerative medicine products which allows the treatment/product to be brought to market before phase II trials are fully complete as long as safety and efficacy have been demonstrated.

Safety has already been demonstrated with Replicel's phase 1 and to some extent, efficacy as well. Essentially, all Shiseido has to do is produce results at least as good as the phase 1 and it will be brought to market. I'm pretty sure that Shiseido's phase II will produce superior results in terms of regrowth since they will be optimizing the treatment frequency/amount for regrowth. Replicel's phase I shows maintenance over 5 year period after just one injection/treatment.

So for everyone that has a low norwood, this is potentially a cure that is literally right around the corner. Start saving up now for flights to Japan.

You can get it all back with Tsuji and use RCH-01 to stop any further loss of native hair.

I've had decent results from adding wounding and RU to the big 3, but everyone responds differently. hellouser made a good thread about that recently.

You'd think there would be dozens of threads of dudes showing off their regrowth from wounding and RU, but I guess everyone responds differently.
