Before Hairloss, was your hairline low or high?

^^ Looks high to me. But honestly I bet there is 0 correlation between forehead height and baldness.

I think you're right LawOfThelema. I guess it's just that any recession is more noticeable if the hairline is high to start with.

Mine has always been strange. I never had a straight hairline to begin with but I have a fairly small forehead. Now even with the recession the middle looks normal and proportional height but the temples look awful from the front view even though I'm only a NW2.5/NW3. It doesn't really help that one side is noticeably more receded than the other. My biggest issue with hair loss though is that I'm a diffuse thinner as well

Neil Patrick Harris has a pretty high hairline/big forehead. He'd look weird bald.

I was never a NW1 even as a kid. At best I was a Norwood 1.5. I think there is a connection between a thin/high hairline when you're young and baldness. It's rare you'd see someone who is a Norwood 1 with thick hair go bald at a young age.

if there is a connection it is not worthy enough to show up in any scientific studies on the matter :)

we see what we want to see. its a sampling bias more than anything.

What difference does it make now that my hairline is in the back of my head instead of the front?
