Wondering what a good 4th product would be if interested...I'm on big 3 now.

I would give your current regimen 12-14 months before deciding to add another product. Adding something else will only complicate matters, IMO.. and change time tables

Folligen. I only use that because Nizoral shreds my scalp and makes it look red. If the big 3 is working why chage it? Do you really want the hassleof 4 things?

Redbone, do enjoy the baked or regular Zimmy Anti-DHT sandwich? I prefer mine baked with a little provalone. OH! And a slice or two or Avacado.

Do you guys find that minoxidil makes your hair looking really oily and weird? I'm talking about when you apply it to your scalp. I'm a diffuse thinner, so it gets on my hair a lot. You can really see my scalp bad after I apply it, so I do it after my classes get over. Is anyone having a problem styling with minoxidil?

When I comb my hair after it drys from the shower, you cannot see any of my scalp at all. But when I use minoxidil you can see everything!

Wipe off the dropper before you apply the rogaine. The minoxidil residue on the dropper is what makes your hair look so greasy.

Nizoral causes shed?

This is news to me...I noticed I am shedding lately. Which makes me ask, what does a shed consist of usually? I mean, how long do they usually last?

I am the walrus, read carefully.

Nizoral "shreds" your scalp not causes sheds. It's very potent and its chemicals can often dry out people's scalps.

cassin, i disagree with your minoxidil application with the wipped off dropper. my move is to apply it to damp hair since i feel that patting it in the desired areas are key. so i just do that and then fix up the damp hair and kinda style it a little as if it were like gel. when it dries it stays in place and looks good.

maybe some emu oil, or follige/tricomin. I have thought about getting a laser comb and trying it for 6 months....

Stingray,

You are correct, there is more Panthenol in that stuff than whats in Tricomin. Its light and doesnt weigh down your hair.

On another note what do you think of the new Vette? Sounds like a winner to me, a lot better in the twisties than past vettes apparently, thats a good thing!
