Best possible regime for frontal/hairline thinning?

My hairline has receded a fair bit but, to be honest, what bums me out more than that is how thin my hair has become at the front. You can see the scalp through it very easily. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm still only 19, haven't got a great head shape (not terrible - but my jaws not big enough) and I'm not willing to just give up, I would of shaved my head by now. Anyway, I'm currently on:

Approx 1.25mg of propecia daily (2 months in)

Kirkland liquid minoxidil every night on the front of my head

Taking msm, taurine, magnesium, zinc, biotin, resveratrol and curcumin

Drinking nettle tea and epilobium parviflorum daily (and using them topically)

Revita shampoo

Scalp massages.

That's a lot, I know. I've experienced no side effects thus far. However, I haven't seen any significant results either. Is it because it's still early days (2 months into the full regime) or do I need to be doing something else?

Thanks.

First off, I have to assume your hair loss has been properly evaluated by a qualified expert ? Secondly I am personally a bit concerned that you are taking propecia at your tender age(19) Aside from those serious and real issues of mine, it looks like you got your bases thoroughly covered. Give your plan at least 1 full year of routine use before you and your doctor make your final efficacy assessment. If you do commit to finasteride.( and it is a lifelong commitment as you well know by now) I would ease into it by "starting down" with a quarter dose maybe and climbing in increments up to the fully prescribed dosage(approx.3-4 months out from finasteride. intro.). Again discuss this with a trusted doctor. This approach may help minimize the potential adverse sides or prevent them altogether. Be patient and always do your own research, and above all make your health and safety number one. .:) Thanx for sharing. I wish you newfound success.

Yes I've been to several doctors and a trichologist and have had my male pattern baldness condition confirmed. Tbh, my dad is bald, all my uncles are bald and so were both my grandads - so I was fairly sure I would follow in their path. Anyway, believe me when I say my health is my number one concern. I eat extremely well, do regular exercise and, above all, I will go the doctor about any little concern I have. I would never risk my livelihood for the sake of my hair, no matter how much it means to me. I've been monitoring my health since starting propecia and I've noticed none of the common side effects (gynecomastia, libido decrease, erectile dysfunction, brain fog, depression etc). Unless, of course, there are any others you suggest I look out for? Thanks for the help btw.
