Beta Sterols - Where Can I Get Them?

I am thinking about making up some super Zix. Looking for Beta Sterols. Any ideas where to get them? Do they need to be in Saw Palmetto?

Got Super Zix II which includes beta sitosterol and saw palmetto in their hair muck to be mixed with minoxidil but I don’t use any minoxidil in my mix since I didn’t like the side effects.

I want to buy it separate since I have all of the rest of the supplies.

I have found very few places in Canada that carry it, but they are all plant sterols. Is this the only kind?
