Here is my 9 month update after my hair transplant. Very happy with the result. Hopefully it will last for many years.

I chose a slightly receeded hairline to keep it appropriate for my age and to save grafts for a hair transplant in the future.

Damn, hair looks better now than it did 10 years ago. Your crown seems stable so I think you will be fine for a good few years now.
