yeah i'm on it and I know a few others on here that are too.

I think you have made a wise decision to obtain Propecia 'legitimately' and NOT buy it off the net...... its a bit of a risky business when you have to resort to using foreign online suppliers.

I personally can not think of any negative effects Propecia can have on diabetics, though obviously (regardless of what ANYBODY says on here) you need to discuss this with a fully qualified physician and/or GP. If they say Propecia maybe a detriment to your health - then don't start taking it. Simple as.

However, problems *may* arise if you start using Regaine as from what I understand, it can interfere with your blood pressure. Again, this is something you will need to speak to a physician about.

do you think they will accept the fact that im going to cut it in halfs?
do you think its worth being honest about that or just not mention it?

Should they be willing to prescribe Propecia, yes I would be totally honest and explain how you are planning on taking it and discuss any concerns you may have. (Though I suspect they will probably recommend you take the full 1mg for the first month to see if you encounter any problems....)

From the consultants I have spoke to, they do seem to be genuinely helpful/friendly and do offer valuable input. As i stated earlier though, it is imperative that you get all the clear before you jump on the Propecia (and Regaine!!) bandwagon. The LAST thing you want to do is take anything that may jeopardise your health.

Regarding the regaine, although I seem to remember reading something about it effecting blood pressure, i'm still not 100% sure. Again, this is something you should definitely discuss when you have your initial consultation. If the Boots consultant is unable to advise you, speak to your local GP.

Boots is a chain of stores in the UK which is sort of like a massive health/beauty/pharmacy store. Sell everything from electric toothbrushes to filling prescriptions.

They recently started a "hair retention program" which I believe is basically them deciding if you are suitable, taking pics of your noggin every few months and prescribing good old propecia. Not sure what else they do other than the propecia if anything.

Basically, an easy way to go and get a prescription for propecia without having to find a Dr or Derm in the know.

Aren't the online pharmacies like Inhouse and United based in the UK and Australia? Why do you think they are unsafe?

:woot: Absolutely NOT!!! (well, at least not in the UK, dunno about Australia.)

Selling prescription-only treatments to ppl without prescriptions is totally illegal in the UK, thats why many online pharmacies are based in foreign countries. Importing prescription-only drugs from other countries is not an offence.

There are absolutely no guarantees with regards to how 'safe' an online pharmacy actually is.

A.) You don't know where they are obtaining their supplies from (the biggest concern you should be worried about.)
B.) Majority are unregulated and maybe operating from 'seedy' countries that have a reputation for producing counterfeit / fake drugs, thus jeopardising your health.

Not only that, there are good reasons why certain drugs are prescription only.. Even if the drug your obtaining online is 100% legit, self medicating without being fully assessed and monitored by a qualified medical professional is a very risky business and you maybe causing yourself more harm than good.
