If this actually IS the case then I wondered why those with frontal loss even bothered with treatments like finasteride or dutasteride at all.
That is just what I speculated. finasteride and dutasteride should help the front, just not as much as if the testosterone just disappeared. I think we really need spironolactone or RU on the front and can't depend on Avodart alone. That propecia graph in my avatar is from the top of the head, not the front. I'm sure had they measured the front, a lot more than 17% would not have maintained. We bald not just because of too much DHT, but because of sensitive androgen receptors, and they are sensitive to testosterone as well. Even if we did not have 5ar2, I'm sure we would bald in front. Just not as fast.
