Burning/Itching and Tingling

I stopped using Revivogen and Nizoral, and T gel, i felt that my scalp was too irritated by all of them and the shed started after 6 month of Revivogen. I stuck with it for a few more weeks after it started than I dropped all of it. Nizoral caused a lot of skin irritation. Lately I've noticed painful stinging around the follicle, and sometimes a bruised feeling on the back of my head. Sometimes I can feel it when layign on my pillow. Brushing against the way my hair falls causes this stinging tingling the MBP areas. Also I continued to have the thingling itching sensation in my temple areas which are receding. Its more so itching than stining. I feel that the itch/tingling is from seb dermatitis because i'm thinnign on my sides as well, even the sideburns, but stining on the vertex and middle of the scalp is MBP. I feel the itch/tinging more when I'm sweating, but not the stinging. Rightnow I'm trying out Zix, Aubrey Organics Pine Tar shampoo, and Avalon Organics Aloe shampoo, Drinking 4 cups of green tea per day. I'm waiting for the morroco method shampoos to come in. May be they will help. Maybe get the laser comb for 89 bucks. I've read that it helps inflamation in a few threads here. So um... any suggestions?

Just read a thread about zinc causing irritation and eventually hair loss. This could very well be the case. Once i stopped using revivogen and t gel (coal tar can irritate follicles) and things got better, there was no irritation, but more hair fall out. My hair has gotten noticable worse worse during the past year of treatment. What do I do now? I wish i had no sides on finasteride.

if you have the will to try another remedy for the irritated scalp, i suggest giving emu oil a go.

I just started using it and it seems to help, SEEMS to, i'll have to wait and see how i go.

I mixes a little bit in with my nizoral shamp and tricomin shamp (directly into the bottle). and if the need arises i put some on my scalp at night.

it's very oily, so use sparingly.

i hope this helps you.

Question for you guys in regards to the revivogen.

You guys say that your scalps are taking a beating. When do you apply the revivogen?? I just started on it a week ago. And the first time I put in on my scalp I knew right away. There is no way in hell, this sh*t is staying on my head overnight. It says to keep on scalp for at least 3 hours before rinsing or washing. Well from the first time I used, I have never left in on my scalp more then 4 hours. I always make sure to rinse it off before going to bed. So far no dry or itch. I make sure it rinses off. I believe that there is no point of leaving it on overnight. All this will do is dry up your scalp. The sh*t dries within 3 minutes after applying it, so 3-4 hours on your scalp is plenty of time to let it sink in. There is no point of leaving something like that on my scalp for 12 hours.

I also use the nizoral and Soy Protein Regenerator once a week. I wash my scalp every morning with SpectroJel. It's not shampoo as is very sensitive on the skn.

GoodLuck
