I would love to buzz my hair, but I have neurofibromatosis with several neurofibromas on my scalp. I get enough rude comments and stares at the already visible ones. The café au lait spots probably wouldn't bother me as much.

I've been saying this ever since i joined this site, I've been scoring more chicks ever since I started buzzing my head. Even on the odd times where I use no guard I've been noticing more glances from the ladies.

That's why I laugh whenever guys feel like all hope is gone if they buzz it off. To those of you who don't think you can pull the buzzed head, trust me, I thought I couldn't do it either b/c of my huge asymmetrical melon and large ears, but I did it anyways and to my surprise, I ended up getting more attention from the ladies.

I'm not sporting the buzz right now though b/c for one, the treatments have been working and I'd want to enjoy the hair before it gets too thin. And also b/c I have a massive bump on the back of my head, so I became too self conscious whenever I buzzed my head too short. It looked good from the front but I had ppl teasing me when they'd look at the back of my head.

So to those of you who're too paranoid to buzz your head, JUST SUCK IT UP AND DO IT!!!!!! No matter how bad you may think you look with a buzzed head, you'll never know for sure unless you try it.

Whenever I sport the buzz, I've been shaving my beard every single day. Doesn't matter if you have facial hair or not. In fact, guys who shave their heads have it all wrong when they think they should overcompensate for their lack of hair by growing out their facial hair. Buzz w/ no facial hair can look a lot better than a buzz w/ facial hair.

I'm asian too, and shaved/buzzed heads look good on us. It's a popular look amongst asian kids in my area.

Thats a ridiculous statement its like saying I've never seen a guy with really long hair that looked bad. Obviously some guys will look alright and others wont.

For me shaving my head is like growing a moustache or a long pony tail or getting covered in tatoo's some people may choose to do it but its a look that given the choice I would never ever consider.

:? :? silly me, how could I forget the most popular Asian at the moment.... exams have had me living under a rock for the past few days.

Sweet hair?? Maybe for some, but I doubt most people would prefer my Bruce Lee style hair.

i actually just shaved my head really short, and it looks way worse. I get comments all the time from the ladies about how it looks a lot thinner now. the only really up side to it is that i dont really have to "adjust" it every second of the day. It's just out there open for everyone to see my NW3 hairline!

Hairisthinning, this is why you must go the to bone on this. Just do it and this way none of these ladies are looking at your NW3, instead they are looking at your facial features and other things rather than a thinning crown or recessed temples. Do you work out? I just started and I have to lose 50 lbs or so but I already got a hot date with a psychiatrist tomorrow afternoon at 3:30. I can't wait to meet her. Nice hot blonde about 35 or so and she wants to see me. 10 years of toupees and a woman asked to see me and I am totally bald. Something is definately happening positive because I did this. I'll let everyone know how my date goes tomorrow.
