One question I forgot to ask is if a human hair system can actually feel like real hair? I've been using leave in conditioner and using sun protection and sulfate free moisturizing shampoo since day one and try to limit the styling products buy my system always feels dry and not at all like my bio hair does. Anyone have a system or maintenance ritual that makes theirs feel like real hair?

When I first started wearing a system 10 months ago, I added a lot of products on the hair and overly shampooing because I wanted to keep it fresh and soft. I was going to use fabric softener but I haven't try it yet. Now I only use Remy UV protection silk mist alcohol free leave In conditioner and do deep conditioning once a month. I think that is more than enough. Wife said my hair feel like a real hair.

Same here. I use a leave-in conditioner (mostly for the sunscreen) and a little bit of argan oil. My biohair was always wispy and dry ("fly-away hair" as they say on the shampoo commercials LOL), and I actually think the system hair with argan oil feels better.

It does depend on your supplier too. Definitely one of the marks of a good supplier is that the hair feels soft and silky after the initial dose of silicone has been washed off, and continues to do so for a few months. I think it is a sign that the hair has not been over-processed, which in turn means it is a slightly higher grade more expensive hair type.

Human Hair Sysytemfeel like real hair if you get hair transplant. Because health follicilar are extracted from the donar sides and implant on the bald scalp area. At present, most people are believed in hair transplant ot restore their hair.

When I was wearing human grey hair, which is heavily processed to get it white, grey, I used argan oil. It does bring lots of shine so if your bio isn't as shinny, also put argan oil on bio hair.
I also used silicone spray bought at a wig store, as heard manufacturers use this but didn't see much of a difference.

Now that I am wearing synthetic grey hair, I find it looks more like natural hair, no frizz and silky smooth. And also less shedding.

Synthetic Grey is easy to find in stock pieces, but for colored hair.. not sure it's an option.

So I went for a consult at a 2nd place and mentioned my concerns, he did inform me that because i have 20% gray it could be the gray that is making it feel dryer to me but also said it could be one or more of the products I was using. They sent me home with two different leave in conditioners i've now been using for 3 days and WOW what a difference. The first I use at night only if i wet or wash the system and it's called "It's a 10". The second one i've been using every morning because it has a light hold and sunscreen in it and that one is called "transitions".

I tried it and can't recommend it. It left my hair feeling sticky. I want to wash my system as rarely as possible and using protouch on a daily basis would surely force me to wash the system more often than I'd like.

Currently I use Chi Argan plus Morgina Oil (with UV protection) as my daily leave-in & styling product and it's great so far. I wash and deep condition my system once every six days.
