Can finasteride give you mouth ulcers?

Lately I've been having quite a few mouth ulcers. I've read that they can be caused by changing of hormone levels.

I've been on finasteride for 3 and a half months now.

10 days into my finasteride intake my libido completely vanished and I also got mouth uclers then as well.

Are they related?

thats weird, i have two mouth ulcers right now been taking finasteride for 7 months... but i dont think its related, more likely due to lack of vitamin B and iron, which is also bad for hair.

Yes. When I first started finasteride I had a nasty one that wouldn't go away for a month. Haven't had any since. It most likely has something to do with hormone levels. You're still new to finasteride. Once you're body adjusts to the changes taking place I'll doubt this problem will continue.

p.s. I had a ton of sexual sides when first starting and they vanished too after a few months.
