Can finasteride make things worse?

Is it possible if I go on finasteride it will speed up my hair loss and not come back?

If u were to shed on finasteride and cease treatment.. some hairs would grow back... others may have been on their last couple of cycles... so no.... BUT I've been reading a lot that hair becomes more sensitive to DHT so maybe...

even if OP showed pics, the response would be either:
1. It gets worse before it gets better, finasteride can take up to 2 years to show results, stick with it etc
2. Your hairloss is just too aggressive, at least finasteride is slowing it down, imagine how bad it would be if you weren't on finasteride!!

Well at least we had one proof the shed actually happened, my idea about people experiencing this is 1) normal shed of 100 more hairs in a couple of days not releated to fina at all 2) nw1 kids who took propecia and freking out after 10-20 hairs in the sink 3) a 0.01% of legit people experiencing reflex andro or some vitamin deficienty 4) people who take propecia without Doctor prescription and maybe they don't have Androgenetic Alopecia but somethign like telogen effluvium

when i will see 1 pic of a legit Androgenetic Alopecia with a legit baseline photo and a legit after shed pic then i will believe them, i'm still waiting after all this years
