Hello. My temples have been receding for past 2 years slowly. Maybe last 6 months i've noticed abit faster thinning than before. I haven't noticed much hair loss or thinning on my middle hairline in past 2-3 years. Always had pretty high forehead.

I started generic finasteride 1 week ago, because propecia is really expensive in Finland. Do you think it's posibble to get any regrowth on temples?

EDIT: For some reason i titled it crown but i ment temples.:( My bad.

How did you get the prescription for the finasteride or you ordered online?
I told the dermatologist i'm student so i don't have that much spare money, so i asked can i get generic finasteride. Now i just split the pill in 4 pieces.

You’ve got some crown thinning my dude. Hopefully propecia will help with adding some thickness. Some people may disagree but I think you should try some rogaine too with dermarolling. Just do the whole big 3.

I’m on the big 3+ rolling for one month. I’m currently below baseline but hoping it’s just a shed... goodluck!!
Damn! I hope i didn't start finasteride too late. I'm gonna get rogaine for sure.

Yes easily this is the regimen I use and my hair loss is way worse then yours. Do this religiously and you can easily get 100 percent back. I also recommend you shaving it down until the hair is back.

Finasteride. No side effects at all.
Minoxidil morning and night. Plus .5 dermapen for absorbtion every morning.

I take Sawpalmetto(blocks dht), Pygeum(blocks dht), biotin. Coconut oil+cayenne pepper oil mixture every day or other day for 30 minutes or more.(cayenne blocks cannibinoids from marijuana use, which can cause hair loss. And it stimulates new hair growth).

I use an inversion table about 15 to 30 minutes a day spread out in like 5 minute increments.

I massage coconut oil with a brush on my scalp for around 10 minutes a day or other day. Brush or fingertips. Doesnt matter.
Also I do fingernail rubbing around 10 minutes a day throughout the day.(stimulates the hair follicles).

Crown doesn't look bad, its pretty dense actually. Maybe some receding hairline at the temples. I'm about the same.

Finasterid will most likely slow it down, but it's not that good for regrowth. I would jump on the "big 3" if I were you: finasterid, minoxidil and ketokonazole shampoo.
