Can I apply rogaine if there is product already in my hair??

I dont wash my hair every single day twice a day. That being said can I apply rogaine to my hair if there is product already in it?

Just dont apply it to many time without washing your scalp as you will get a build up and it wont penetrate the scalp as much.

So you could apply it twice per day without washing your scalp and be fine. And product in your hair wont make a difference either. The foam goes on your scalp.
