yes, but the smell is as bad as sewerage, you won't wanna use it. if u can find something to mask the smell then it might be worth it.

No, the 2 chemicals arent stable together. It goes further than just omitting a bad smell too.

please post a source for what you are saying. ive read on multiple sites you can crush it up into minoxidil perfectly fine. if its not the case i can always find some sort of lotion to put it in. im aware theres a smell. i plan on finding something to help neutralize it.

FYI the 2% spironolactone solution that Dr. Lee used to make smelled terrible.

You can crush the spironolactone tabs but keep in mind they have fillers and you won't get a clear solution. I tried this myself and I ended up with a "gunky" residue. You're much better off buying a ready cream.

I'm going to repeat a story which I've already told a number of times on this site: I used to have some bottles of Dr. Lee's 2% spironolactone solution which somebody had sent me a few years ago. One day my two sisters were here visiting me (it was Christmas, or something), and I decided to do a little test on them. I told them all about the problem that spironolactone is supposed to have with its smell, and told them that I wanted them to verify it for me! I took the bottle and applied some of the spironolactone solution to the backs of their hands, and told them to do a "sniff" test! The situation was comical as I watched both of them repeatedly sniffing their hands in my kitchen, but surprisingly, BOTH of them told me that they couldn't smell anything!!

Apparently, there are genetic issues which can affect how one senses the "spironolactone smell", and neither of my sisters was able to detect it!
