Can I Have Decent Results With The Big 3?

Thinking big 3 + hair transplant in 2-3 years (need to save up money, plus see how far I can get with medication alone).

Is this beyond a NW3v? i do realize I'm diffusing, of course.

It pisses me off, this was me 3 years ago: http://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd383/Peter_Charles11/snapshot 2.jpg

Everyone here was telling me I was a NW3, looking at that now I think that was my NW2. I was like a NW2.5 diffuse.

That was a pretty decent hairline that I probably could have thickened up with some minoxidil or whatever.

Have never tried minoxidil, here's to hoping I'm a good responder.

If I could thicken the frontal points and the island that is beginning to form (my dad has an island, I suspect like nw5-6 with an island is my ultimate destiny if I do nothing).

Sorry, I'm probably kind of delusional...I've seen people with nw6-7s asking if they can get decent results with the big 3...I get it, it's hard to acknowledge how bad your own hair loss is.

Anyway, this will be the last post I make about my situation for a while. There's not much point in asking, anyway...all I can do is hop on the big 3 and just see what happens.

You are far gone.
Why not buzz it?

I think it looks worse when buzzed, actually. I'm an idiot...should have stayed on finasteride 3 years ago. Guess I can't change the past, though.

I can't help but empathize with you, even if I'm just some inanimate object. Give finasteride a try my friend, incorporate dermarolling as well.

Wonder if I can get it down to a NW3. Goddamn it, when I first came on here 4 years ago I was terrified that I was a NW3. I could have maintained that and possibly moved down to 2.5 or something. Now I want to be a NW3. FRAK.

Guess there's no point in bitching. All I can do is try stuff and see what happens. At least FUE is always an option.

I'll try minoxidil though (never tried it consistently), maybe I'll be a good responder.

Did you ever give dutasteride a thought? It can do wonders for you, along with minoxidil, if you prefer that.

I done fucked up, boys. Should I just give up or should I give the big 3 an honest try?

For what it’s worth, I started losing my hair in around 2007 when I was 21. I ignored it and ended up with a pretty significant bald spot by 2013. At that point, even though I thought I was too far gone, I went on the big three and had almost full crown regrowth.

You should give it an honest try, you don’t want want to wait another few years and be in a spot where you are wishing you had started now.

You can easily get 100 percent of your hair back. Do my regimen and I promise you it will all come back. But you have to do it religiously.

Finasteride. No side effects at all.
Minoxidil morning and night. Plus .5 dermapen for absorbtion every morning. 1.5 mm dermapen once a week.

I take Sawpalmetto(blocks dht), Pygeum(blocks dht), biotin. Coconut oil+cayenne pepper oil mixture every day or other day for 30 minutes or more.(cayenne blocks cannibinoids from marijuana use, which can cause hair loss. And it stimulates new hair growth).

I use an inversion table about 15 to 30 minutes a day spread out in like 5 minute increments.

I massage coconut oil with a brush on my scalp for around 10 minutes a day or other day. Brush or fingertips. Doesnt matter.
Also I do fingernail rubbing around 10 minutes a day throughout the day.(stimulates the hair follicles).
