Things that will slow, stop hairloss??

Things like what to eat, when to eat it, what to eat it with (Food combining essentially). When to exercise, how long for etc. I know CollegeChemistryStudent's website has some nice coverage of maintianing a great lifestyle, but what about one that is specific to hair? Things like scalp massage, etc, theres millions of things out there that are said to help. And we certainly have some well informed individuals who can pass on their expertise (or opinions) regarding this subject.

So lets create the ultimate article of some of the things to do, but more importantly some of the things NOT to do. With maybe an explanation as to why not to do it?

I see articles all over the internet, read them which is fine. Most of it is common sense such as eat fruit and vegtables, dont drink or smoke. But which fruits to eat, which fruits to combine? what not to combine with fruit? combining fish with vegtables? Theres a million and one questions but, if we could all draw up a daily routine to promiting hair health then maybe we can start analysing the best routine?

I know this sounds a bit far fetched but heres mine:

(07:00-09:00)
Breakfast:
Bowl of Porridge
Glass of Water
Cup of Lemon Balm Tea
Take fishoil supp
Take dutasteride .5
Walk Dog for 45 minutes (before taking any of the above)

(10:30-11:30)
MidMorning:
Collection of fruits most namely
Apple
Strawberries (and any berries maybe 4-8 of them, blueberries, blackberries etc)
Peach or Plum
Glass of Water
MSM Supp
Cup of Green Tea

(13:00-14:00)
Lunch:
Rice
Chopped peppers
Sweetcorn
Spinach
1/4 Chopped Onion
Glass of Water
Cup of Lemon Balm Tea

or

Sandwich containing:
Chopped Peppers,
Wholemeal Granary Bread
Lettuce
Tomatoes,
Cucumber
Onions

(15:30-15:45)
MidAfternoon:
Apple
Rhubard (sometimes)
Pear
Peach or Plum

Would play football (soccer!) before I eat this at around 6:30 twice a week and arrive back at 7:30
(17:30-18:00)
Dinner (steamed most of the time - although I cant quite work teh steamer correctly!):
Fish
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots
Rice
Glass of Water
take MSM Supp
Cup of Green Tea (with juice from a squeezed orange poured into it - makes it tastier!)

(21:00-22:00)
Bowl of Museli
Glass of Water
Take Garlic capsule
Cup of Lemon Balm Tea (helps relax before bed!)

I only shower 3 times a week sometimes 4. Both after football. I use nizoral.

So what would you recommend? Can you see anything wrong? Anything to add?

What do you think the ideal daily regiment should be? I plan on integrating whey protien. But one thing I would say about the above, is that I don't think I am getting enough fat in my diet (I am 11 stone quite athletically build) - what fats would you recommend and when to eat it?

couple of things I _DONOT_ do are:
smoke
eat mcdonalds (or any other bad processed foods)
drink often (1 a month which is also rare)
