can xandrox15 work on the hairline

Ive heard that Xandrox works very efficiantly, but Im not sure that it works on the hairline or frontal part of the scalp. Im currently taking Monox. and propecia. Something else, can I get arrested or something for buying Proscar online. I have too. Propecia is killing my expendible income. I want to buy a bunch and of course break them up. Im a little freaked about a disguised officer as a UPS driver showing up at my house and asking me to sign for a package and arresting me. Its probably a stupid question but closure would be nice. Dont forget about the Xandrox question. Ive seen some questions in threads here that have been overlooked from time to time.

Nobody has answered this question because, to the best of my knowledge, I am the only active forum participant who uses Xandrox 15, and I have only used it for three weeks. My male pattern baldness-affected area is the front, hairline, and temples, just as you say yours is.

I can't give you any kind of opinion on Xandrox yet because three weeks is not enough time to judge anything. I am going to give it another month and a half, or two months, and then see what happens.

Xandrox is meant to be used once a day in the evening, and then you use normal minoxidil for your morning application. The Xandrox bottles come in 124ml size, so the bottle should last 124 days, and the minoxidil bottles come in 60ml size, so a Xandrox user will use one bottle of Xandrox and two bottles of minoxidil every 4 months.

You mentioned previously that you hated the greasiness of minoxidil. Xandrox 15 is worse. Perhaps you should consider a less greasy version of minoxidil, and give it time. minoxidil AND Xandrox (which essentially is minoxidil as well) take at least 3 to 6 months before they have any visible effect on your hair. You said you have tried minoxidil for a month. Before switching to a version of minoxidil (Xandrox), that is MORE expensive, and MORE greasy, why not give 5% minoxidil time to see if it will work for you?

That is a very common problem with topical treatments. Basically, you have to wait for them to dry before hitting the hay. Luckily for me, my hairloss is towards the front of my hair so when my head rests on my pillow the greasy side is up, so to speak. And, it doesn't stay greasy forever, it does inevitably dry just like Rogaine minoxidil does. You just can't put it on RIGHT before bed.

If the evening application is not going to work, you could switch it around and do the minoxidil in the evening, and the Xandrox 15 in the morning... either way, just as long as you use minoxidil 1x day and Xandrox 15 1x day. However, I'd give a definite negative to any attempt to be seen in public with Xandrox 15 in your hair... unless you want people to ask you a thousand times who spilled the can of cola in your hair.

Sorry, that was a cheap shot. That's really not fair of me to say, it's not all bad.. I'd there are some things I am liking about this stuff. But, I'll give you all my full report on my experience with it in a month and a half or so after I've had time for a full evaluation.

I'm on Xandrox 5 (twice daily) + Propecia + Nizoral (twice/week) for the past year. Was thinking of switching to Xandrox 15, but only once a day.

I e-mailed Dr. Lee and he said that going from Xandrox 5 twice a day to Xandrox 15 once a day (and nothing else) shouldn't result in a loss of growth.

I'm basically looking to simplify my topical regimen. Nice thing about X15 is that apparently after an hour, it's fully absorbed. So I plan to get up in the morning, apply it and then shower an hour later...

That's an interesting link.

It's actually kind of disheartening to me though, I was hoping it would be effective for more than 51% of the men in the study. You basically have a 50/50 shot of it doing anything at all for you in the front.

I wish they would find out the reason some people respond and other don't.

It says 51%, but that is just for obvious photographical improvements. 19% of men had moderate to great improvements. If I have a "great improvement" like just thickening up my hairline I would be grateful for all the horrid rogaine applications. Just trying to clarify the study.
good luck all
