can you take propecia or avodart while on acutane?????

i think i might have a receding hairline so i have a derm appointment next teusday to find out if i really am going bald. im also on acutane and was wondering, if i really am balding, is it safe to use propecia or avodart while on acutane? also how would one go about getting a script for avodart over propecia being as it is not fda approved?

Taking finasteride when you are on accutane is not a problem. I am currently on both of them myself.
