wrong again ...An increase in testosterone will defeanetly increase performance, there you go again making bullshit statements .. now if it raises testosterone he would be banned...PROPECIA is a disadvantage to sports and bodybuilding ..full stop

propecia raises testosterone levels somewhat though dude, so by your own admission that raised test helps performance, it would probably help workouts.

if it raised testosterone it would raise performance therefore be banned in sports... but it isnt banned in sports is it ...Anyone who thinks propecia or avodart would help you in anything except growing hair is in denial ...The truth is it does help you grow hair but it also takes away alot of things that a man needs to be a man...I think alot of people are willing to sacrifice those things for hair , Which is fair enouth ...I can understand how important hair is to someones self esteem and wellbeing or i wouldnt be here aswell..But id never give up my balls or body for hair.

bubka you stupid propecia eating net nerd..the reason its banned in those sports is because its a steroid masking agent you turd it lowers dht levels that steroids drastically make rise...not because it enhances performance you dumb f***...You guys think it enhances testosterone therfore enhances performance but thats not why it was banned you idiot... so get your facts straight you annoying bastard..you and this hairtodaygonetomorrow have got to be the most annoying keyboard warriors here..

I knew I should have read this forum yesterday.

Overtraining - it's nearly impossible for a newbie or beginner lifter to overtrain. Even an intermediate lifter would have to want to overtrain to have it happen.

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthrea ... =overtrain

Read this log. That is overtraining and it took 4 weeks of lifting every muscle 3x/week to get injured...And he was an intermediate lifter to begin with. 3x5, 3x10, 3x20. He completed all 8 weeks and sustained 3 injuries. That is overtraining. The simple programs anyone has listed here doesn't even come close to the volume that's needed to actually overtrain.

And overtraining isn't necessarily a bad thing. The whole point of many Russian Strength programs is to overtrain. You overtrain, take a week or 2 off, then come back and lift heavier than you ever could before...Because your muscles have finally repaired themselves.

as opposed to a homoerotic picture of a man which a shirt off, and a cool sniper scope shot to make it even more tough and manly as your online persona likes to pretend

freaking redneck

(note how he even knew it was megaman, yet i am the "nerd")

nobody said people use these drugs for benefit reasons ONLY; however, we have present study upon study, that DHT has no effect on muscle, but you ignore it like a redneck thinks god made the world in 7 days and is 6,000 years old

HARIE...thank you!!!! I was ready to strangle this kid yesterday...He thinks if you stare at a weight you will over train yourself

No one realizes the amount of work you need to do to over train yourself
and if you were over trained...YOU WOULD KNOW IT...you'd feel like sh*t and be very irritable.

rambo...i guess you're right and world is wrong... ;)
