You have to try to live the life that you want, and fail trying rather than just giving up. That's what I believe. The hair transplant could not help you for those reasons but you still have to try. So you should go for the hair transplant despite that. If you don't want to give up and want to do something then it should be a hair transplant. Or you can go ahead and give up but do it properly. Fill your time with other activities and truly try to live a fulfilling life while permanently single.
