Completed Second transplant !! Need maintenance advice

So finally did my second transplant last week. The first one, three years ago, gave some amazing results. But Docter never advised me to continue finasteride. I just used minoxidil once daily and boom, 3 years, density was down by 5x. Had no other option but to go for second transplant.
Any other advice on saving myself from third transplant. Finasteride + minoxidil + biotin is good enough for maintenance? Or should I so add PRP every 6 months moving forward.

Never advised you to continue? If you don’t carry on using it you will continue to lose native hair. Should be enough finasteride and minoxidil to retain Or at least slow down hairloss.
