Again, no such thing as being good in bed.

Your looks and compatibility will mostly determine if she deems you good in bed or not.

I believe it's a male ego thing and a way for women to gain power over men, so they can easily crush a man's self-esteem by telling him he sucks in bed.

10 women will give you 10 different definitions of what it means to be 'good in bed'.

@david Yeah it was just an example with my current girlfriend. I switch to pornstar mode too but she cums too fast every time. She often has to encourage me to c*m for a while, saying things like "you're breaking me!" because I take way too long.

No woman actually tells men they suck in bed. LOL

that would be a horrific scene.

attraction has to be there of course but men can go up and down in desirability from even just a kiss let alone sex

men who can't kiss===the worst.

A lot of men around here cope behind the idea that women don't care about men being in shape. Everytime it's brought up, the usual cats storm in and reflect there insecurities of how being in shape doesn't matter.

It does matter. it makes me not only feel better about myself, but also increases the likelihood of me attracting women.

The whole idea of lifting for women is stupid, because being in shape is not going to get you laid. if that's your objective, and goal then you already lost before the game began. Lifting weights goes far beyond attracting mates, which is inevitably will. It's about you, and not only will you look better, but you will feel better. So who's coping when they say lifting weights doesn't matter? How exactly does being in shape not matter.

It short it matters. A lot of members around here could benefit from participating in sports, and building a physique. Not only will it build character, but it will strengthen your self-esteem which most could benefit from.

I get it thought, it's hard, it's tough... and most men cannot endure the idea behind dedicating an hour a day a few times a week. :D

@David. Dude from leangains.com?

From my experience, women often like a man who is in shape. I've never had anyone complain about my muscles as of yet. However, I've heard women say that men who have freaky sized muscles and veins popping out of their necks are gross and not attractive at all.

I think its just a case of working out, eating healthy, but not taking it to crazy extremes.

There is also something for everyone:

-My best friend is only attracted to really skinny emo type boys - and she is turned off by fat and muscle.
-My ex liked muscle chubs - that's a term for men who are stocky but with a bit of a belly (she liked me despite not being this).

Goes to show all is not lost if you don't see yourself as perfect.

Gymcels, assemble!

I think most are in agreement (apart from maybe Shook) that huge Ronnie Colemanesque size is too excessive and looks pretty stupid. I'm going for just having a ripped look rather pure bulk. Something like this, though I doubt I'll ever have a BF% that low since I like food too much:

Like Shook says though if you think lifting will solve your problems with women you're sorely mistaken. It's just about simple self-improvement and looksmaxing. Nowhere near as important as face, teeth, hair but you should strive to improve every aspect of your appearance. Of course that's just wrt to appearance and not considering all the other benefits of gymcelling. Women love being picked up, manhandled and thrown around in the bedroom.

I think it could be natural. The guy is probably around 170lbs and 7-8% bodyfat.

I find getting below 10% body fat is too much though. You have to have a perfect diet and for me the pay off isn't worth it.

I much prefer 5 training sessions per week, a high protein diet and being 185lbs at 12% bodyfat.

I don't know if that guy is natty but there's no reason it can't be. Just an example of the type of physique I prefer though to the massive bulky look. That definition is mainly coming from the extremely low BF, like Tellersquill said that's too much effort for me. Lifting is easy but not eating pasta and pizza? lol fuk that m8

It's not natural. Barely any impressive bodybuilding before/after is.

I'll believe these before/after when I see legit blood work documents accompanying them.

In the meantime, I'll remain skeptical.

Greg ogallagher posted legit blood work a few months ago.

We also have a poster on this board maintaining 8 per cent body fat without juicing.

Not big:

aggressive-fat-loss-transformation.jpg

You should see my body then.

These guys would look great without doing anything.

And guys who don't look great to begin with won't have impressive results.

People will still ask if they lift after years of bodybuilding.

Harsh truth, apparently. Why do you need those rationalizations?

I guess you'll say my arguments are rationalizations too.

Oh well, I know what I'm seeing on this picture. This guy was big before lifting.

That's an objective observation. No point in replying: "No he was not!"

He in fact does *not* look great in the first pic.

Because he's a bit too fat. All he needed to do was lose 6-7 kg.

But I guess he had to go all gymcel.

Lots of efforts for marginal benefits in my opinion.

He was fat and weak.

You put up a lot of rationalizations Fred. Ultimately it all comes down to the fact that you don't like sport so you prefer to believe that it doesn't matter. As you once wrote, you genuinely believe that nobody enjoys exercise.

This is me before my cut at 195lbs and 16% bodyfat:

It was really quite easy for me to get into this shape - its not amazing but women complimented me still.

I'm halfway through a 20lbs weight loss right now.

(haha I look like I have a full head of hair in this pic!)

Do you have any pictures of him before he started lifting at all? He's clearly been doing a bit in that first pic. Nobody has a natural shape and muscle like that.

Lol "weak". Then I'm a f*****g Auschwitz prisoner.

You're not objective. Or you don't know enough truly weak-looking people in real life.

I don't like lies, or misrepresentations of reality.

It's not that I don't like exercise, it's mostly that I'm lazy.

I'm trying to do something about it and I'm considering taking a gym membership.

Seriously, but I accept the fact that I will still look like I don't lift no matter my efforts.

I know that there are weaker people. There's always someone weaker.

There's a zillion sports one can do, if you can't find one that you like ...

Haha, there's a bit of that. I'd just like to see what could be my potential only doing 3x45 minutes a week without any BS.

No obsession on diet, no broscience, no supplements/drugs.

That's pretty much what I do, 3x45 mins a week, although I'm trying to do more. No drugs, supplements, diet. Just going to stick to it for 6 months and see what the difference is.

I think he's been working out in some way shape or form since being a teenager.
