Do all the male pattern baldness sufferers have two common things " Dandruff" and "Itch" ?, If yes then

Taking care of your Dandruff means that you have stopped your progression or atleast slowed it down ?

Sebaceous glands are overactive, more sebum equals more dandruff. The itch is exterior, no dandruff no itch, in my case at least.

I have a terrible itch. The nizoral does not always control it. even with nizoral if I get stressed the start to produce scales of dandruff! its annoying

I've only ever read of a supposed link between dandruff/scalp itch and male pattern baldness here. None of the visibly balding people I lived with ever complained of an itchy scalp. I don't know what the basis of that claim is regarding androgenetic alopecia. If you have a low grade inflammation from some infection, that's another story.

I have dandruff everywhere, itch is at very thinning areas, corners of the outer edges of the nape area, top back corners of the head, middle (vertex) and inside the temples. Dandruff is caused by fungus that feed off the sebum and other gunk on the scalp.

Eyebrows too, massive flakes, can't do anything about it and guess what? They're also falling :(

It is possible that head touch in the pillow, when we are sleeping, on the horse shoe pattern and eliminate the excess of oxidized sebum?

dandruff does not cause male pattern baldness. when I was 21 I had it bad but had a lovely full thick head if hair. I still have it but now my hairs going to the dogs! I've been told to use my nizoral for 7 days straight by my derm. its made my hair so dry and its shedding! its either from nizoral or im starting to diffuse

Yes, a hair so dry is bad
sebum regulation is the key.

Regarding common baldness, is bad both: excess fat or produce little
The interesting thing is making the necessary and removing it and replacing it at the same speed
