I've been reading some nice things about Copper-Peptides. Who has tried it and how well has it worked for you? Where is the best place to buy them online for cheap and which is the best product utilizing them?

I have used CUs for over two years and consider them an essential part of my regimen, which also includes finasteride, minoxidil and Nizoral. I use Folligen, which is a lot cheaper and stronger than Tricomin. I tried Tricomin too, but then switched. Loren Pikart invented both, and he claims that his research shows that the approach used in Folligen is more effective than the "first generation" CUs in Tricomin. However, Tricomin has more published studies behind it, but the formula in the actual product is weaker than the formula used in the studies.

Pikart claims that CUs "enlarge" the hair follicle, which makes for stronger, thicker hair shafts. By itself I doubt it will regrow hair, but used in conjunction with other products, I believe it has a synergistic effect, increasing the effectiveness of your overall regimen. I was losing hair steadily before getting on this regimen. For the last 2+ years I have maintained what I have with some modest regrowth.

I buy Folligen directly from Pkart's company at skinbio.com.

Minoxidil is only for crown balding and not receding hairline, right? Because I just have the hairline problem.

Minoxidil is for anywhere on your scalp. Hairline recession is where balding is often most aggressive, so when that happens, nothing works as well there as elsewhere on the scalp. Minoxidil was not specifically tested on the hairline, so the FDA would not let Pfizer state that it is for the hairline. But it works the same way everywhere on the scalp.

I have been applying Folligen to my hairline area for about a month and a half. Before I had on my temples these very short vellus type hairs (I have been applying minoxidil there for years) but they haven`t grown more.

Recently I have noticed that the small hairs have grown both in hight and width. Some of them even clearly have pigmentation in them. I mean maybe 1/3 them have grown from white 2-3mm lenght up to 1cm in length.

I`m 99,9% sure that it`s the Folligen that has done it. So far I`m very pleased with the stuff!

I dunno, I've read that folligen has more CPs, but the CP in Tricomin is a lot more effective, or something like that. Plus Tricomin is the one that's been tested and whatnot, so it's more proven.

I've also read that Saw Palmetto is effective against hairloss, that masturbation causes baldness, and that finasteride turns straight guys into gays.

The moral? Don't believe everything you read.

Tricomin was tested in one strength and is sold in a much weaker formula. So is the formula actually sold as effective as one use in the trials? No one knows. What is sold is not what was proven.

There is no evidence that Tricomin is more effective. It might be, it might not be. Pickart says that Folligen is more effective, but that is to be expected, since he sells Folligen.

saw palmetto has studies backing it as a topical, masturbation messes with your hormones and may play a factor and god only knows what finasteride does. Tricomin works for me because I can put it on in the morning and my hair looks good. I would try folligen if it didn't supposedly spoil after a while.

I think ejaculation no matter how you do it obviously, causes a temporary increase in prolactin.

No, no, no. It is only masturbation. The opposite would be completely againist ronaldkias' theory about people who have a lot of sex never go bald. About 0% of them. It is indeed amazing stats.

re: I've also read that Saw Palmetto is effective against hairloss, that masturbation causes baldness,

i wish. my meds have caused my sex drive to go into reverse--i jerk off once a month and have sex once a decade or so, and my hairloss continues unabated.
