Cost comparison (Hairtransplant vs other)

So lately I've been contemplating which is more affordable. I really do not have $10,000 - $12,000 to dish out for a tranplant so I came to this site to see what other affordable options there are. I was really intrigued by the "big 3" package so I quickly went out to get stocked up.

I paid a total of $70.00 CAD for Propecia for a one month's supply. I also bought Nizoral (2%) and this was just under $10.00 CAD (It was regular priced at $15.00 CAD but got it on sale). I couldn't find the Rogaine foam but I'll assume it's the price is higher than what's posted on the website. The older verison is around $40-$50 here.

So I am looking at roughly $120 a month and I thought how long would it take me to spend $10,000 - $12,000. If you do the math it's roughly 8-9 years which is not a long time at all.

My only problem is getting $10,000 - $12,000 now :)

Even if you'll get $12,000 now and get a hair transplant you'll still have to keep using Finasteride so you will not lose your not-transplanted hair (or just lose it slower)... If you will get a hair transplant in your temples and then your hair loss would keep going - you'll lose the hair above your temples and look ridiculous.
