Could My Right Temple Recede From Norwood 1 To 2, While My Left One Is Still On Nw0?

I am waiting for my hair loss to become noticeable in order to start meds, however I am scared that my right temple could progress even further without any change to my nw0 left temple. I am experiencing no thinning which is weird.
