Hello good people of this board,
Before I ask the question, let me tell a bit about myself first. I am currently 23 years old and my hair has noticeably thinned on top and crown area. I am currently not using any treatment. But something I noticed is that as of late, my hair doesn't fall off as much as it used to, heck, perhaps only 10-20 at most when I'm washing my hair. Compared to about 2 years ago when there are tons of hair on my pillow and everywhere on my room (there is virtually none now).
So my question is, based on that story, could I conclude that my male pattern baldness is currently on "pause"?
I heard somewhere that the progress of male pattern baldness vary wildly. In one case, you might steadily lose hair over time. In another case, you might lose significant amount of hair overnight, retain the rest for years, and suddenly lose another significant amount.
So yeah, my question is, could you conclude the progress of your male pattern baldness from the amount of hair shed?
Thank you very much, in advance!
