Could someone explain why one side of my scalp is diffuse

Diffuse Unpatterned alopecia possibly? Or regular Diffuse?

In my experience there is usually one side that suffers more loss than another. It's just the way it seems to be for most people, myself included.

Isn't it just more to do with the direction that your hair grows?

My scalp is has a small diffuse band straight down the middle dead center and then thickens up at midscalp. No problems with the crown. I don't know what you want to call my pattern but it does not fit the traditional male pattern baldness pattern. Obsidian, you just have fine hair so your scalp will show more.
