Any photos with the hairline pulled back? You have some thickness at the center of your hairline. Looks like that center tuft might stay like David Letterman.
Thanks for the response. Here are some more photos. Do you think I could restore this? My donor area is very light also.

You got pictures of your hair before finasteride? And you gotta start using some better product in your hair. Could make that look fairly thick with decent product.

Your hair isn't bad you just are taking pictures in very different lighting each time.

Thank you for your response. I am taking the pics at the same spot at work and I am forgetting the sun is coming through at different angles throughout the day through the shades. I am worried finasteride will not work for me. What kind of hair product do you think will help?

You definitely are still hovering around a NW1. I have this seen this happen many times before on multiple forums. It usually will happen at around the exact time its happening to you. The average is the 8 months mark. You are close to that. There is two scenarios that will happen. In about 6 months those areas will thicken up or you will continue to get worse. Now is the time to add minoxidil if you want to save those areas for a few years or more. The same thing happened to me around the same time I started finasteride in the same areas as you but it included the hairline. I never got back to baseline but I did get slightly better but it might have been the minoxidil that helped.

Thanks house. Truly appreciate it. I will keep y'all posted. I take minoxidil once a day three days a week. Think I should ditch it?

If you have only been on minoxidil less than a year, I would increase the dose to twice a day if you don't have any sides from it. Minoxidil is dose dependent and you get the maximum effect with twice daily. After a few years on minoxidil, if you thicken up, then you can go to once daily and see how you do.

First one spray it on then blow dry it. Will make your hair look much thicker.
Second one, don't use too much, sh*t is thick af.
