couvre with minoxidil

Is it safe to apply minoxidil over couvre?
I mean by that do i have to wash my hair before to take off the couvre ,or i can just apply minoxidil over it?

no. same goes for dermmatch from what i was told in an email. it is water resistant so the minoxidil won't soak in where the couvre/dermmatch was applied
