Hi All,

I have been so so depressed about my crown for almost a year now. I had a head full of hair in May 2017 and then I took a lot of stress for a worthless, thankless job and came to a place with hard water and then genetics decided to play a hand too (My dad had good density till 38, I am almost 27) I have been trying natural things (I am a vegetarian, so dairy products are the maximum liberty that I have in case of proteins, using coconut + onion oil, head massages and exercises, etc.). However, I think my condition has worsened. I am not even sure if it's still a Norwood 3V or I am a Norwood 4 now. I dread it. I haven't been able to focus on work and just wasting time worrying over my hair. Should I rely on natural remedies or switch to Finasteride? My family and I am quite wary of the side effects. And is it a point of no return now? Should I consult a doctor? I really don't want to use Minoxidil. :(
Please help I am panicking :'(

The third one is a pic I took today, February 2019 (with flash, scared! It's trying to stretch till the forehead!)

Please help me wise people
Thanks! :)

Your first point of call should be a doctor.

Get your blood tests done before starting finasteride etc.

Things like iron deficiency causes hair loss too which vegetarians are more susceptible to for obvious reasons

I have come to the conclusion that hairloss is mysterious thing that will not ever be solved. Hair transplant or hair system would likely to remain standers practice for next decades. Gene therapy could be usefulness in coming years but how much genes you will modify?
For now just accept the situation and move on. I have been in process of accepting...
