starting 4th month on 1 mg generic propecia.

on and off libido issues.

shedding like a dog.

i thought the shedding on treatment lasted only a couple of weeks?..

my temple is still receding , and my back hairline is receding upwards slightly, i see vellus all around the hairline at the back.

to think i started shedding within 10 days of treatment ("early responders usually shed early") ..i sure as hell havent seen one good sign so far.

at the moment...at LEAST 30% less than baseline..

for those of you who shed on treatment..how long did it take for the shed to subside?

Been on Revivogen 3 weeks - I can really see that i've lost loads of hair since I started on it. Looking on their website, this is apparently shedding, and is supposed to be a good sign.

Has anyone got any experience or issues like this that might put my mind at rest?

Thanks

I started shedding kinda bad in the 4th month on propecia, but it stopped after 3-4 weeks. now i'm on month 8 and it seems to be growing back in.

My shedding has not ended, but it did start at about the same time as you. I don't know what to expect. I am subscribing to this thread, and am hopeful an experienced board member will respond to your thread.

As an aside, the success stories seem come from those who have stopped shedding upon initiation of propecia, with occasional shedding occuring much later. This is based on the anecdotes I've read though, and are not scientific by any means.
