hello, I am currently 23 days away from an FUE transplant of around 1000 frontal grafts. I followed the recommendations with the utmost seriousness. However, I resumed alcohol a week after the operation to the tune of 3 glasses per day, I was in the sun for fifteen hours discontinuously (over a week) after the operation but with a bob because it It was a pretty strong sun so I was not exposed in a direct way except before 10am and after 6pm. I shampoo a day, leaving the foam on my head for 3 minutes, then mainly with the palms of my fingers to massage without really pressing. To date I see small hairs implanted in the recipient area, but they seem to me a little spaced.

1) Will the dead areas (appearing not to be implanted) give rise to other small hairs that will grow or the hair will be limited to the small stems currently visible? I mean by that will the density be reinforced with pores created but not yet opened with the appearance of other small hairs that have not yet hatched?

2) more worrying point, I still have crusts which tend to harden relatively to see some sort of brown clumps. I am attaching the photos to you I find it a little worrying to know if this aspect seems normal to you on the one hand and on the other hand what to do. I kept my hair long on top and it stays wet after shampooing, meaning I don't really dry it except for a few compressions with a soft towel. Does the aspect seen in the photo seem classic to you? is it predictive of good or bad results? should I naturally wait or do something? Is there a risk that the grafts will suffocate under these scabs and the end result will be affected? thank you very much for your help
