I’m starting the big 3 today, wish me luck. Will update as time goes by.

Rogaine foam: 1x per day
Nizoral

I’m 38 years old and have been slowly losing my hair for the past 10 years. I haven’t noticed until recently because I let my hair grow out after 10 years. I have always buzzed my head though even when I had hair because I liked the look.

I had the flu recently and didn’t bother shaving my head. I liked seeing myself with hair again, but shocked with how much I’ve lost over the years.

Let’s see how this goes. Worried about the shed and side effects

At this rate, don't worry about the shed ... it wont matter a lot. But if it works, I hope for you, it will worth the shed.

The Big Three is nothing. Going all in is running transsexual game or chopping your nuts off.

But good luck to you. I’ve been taking propecia daily, I sporadically use Nizoral and I haven’t noticed any improvement.
