Dermaroller Actual Make Any Difference?

Was thinking about adding a Dermaroller to my 1mg Fina, 2x a day Rogaine Foam, 2x a week 1% Nizoral and daily Stemoxydine

Would a Dermaroller actually make any notable difference?

I believe it helps. I just started Propecia 1 mg daily a month ago. Nizoral shampoo and derma once or twice a week .25mm. Here’s a picture from a month ago to today.

I am 23. I had super fast thick growing hair up until 18 ish. Then it started to thin quickly. I went on and off rogaine with barely any results. I got a shorter haircut 2 months ago and my girlfriend thought I was completely bald. My hair was thinning rapidly almost nonexistent. I luckily have a good headshape for it so it wasn’t a big deal. She doesn’t care at all if I lose it all :) If I can stop/ reverse my hairloss for a few years that would be fine by me.

I started derma rolling .25 2 months ago. I derma roll once a week lightly. Started Nizoral shampoo 1-2 times a week. Rogaine once a day( started to stop). And started propecia 1 month ago. My hair went from a dirty blond frail thin consistency to dark brown/ more thick. It used to blow all over in the lightest wind super embarrassing. It still blows a little but is a lot heavier. Hopefully it keeps improving. Maybe I’ll go through a shed later? Idk
