Desperate for advice on deteriorating scalp and hair

Hi I am a 32 years old male. This is a desperate plea for some advice or feedback on my current situation. The past 6 months I have been experiencing :

-synchronized rapid diffuse shedding on top
(very much like telogen effluvium!)

-excessive sebum buildup on face / scalp
(thick gooey dark colored sebum that gets pumped out so fast, I need to shower / washup every 4 hours to stay relatively clean)

-painful burning itchy scalp with redness / bumps.

-heavy coating of thick powdery dandruff flakes on scalp

-multiple acne breakouts all over the face

-hair on scalp - even the sideburns, has changed from straight to curvy

I feel like I might be one of the few rare cases where Telogen Effluvium, male pattern baldness, and Seb Dermatitis is happening all at once and in such an aggressive rate. I have almost lost the will to live. :sobbing:

Can anyone explain how or why this is happening? How can a man in his early 30's, have acne breakouts? Isn't kinking of hair something that happens to males entering puberty, or women undergoing hormonal change during childbirth? Isn't sebum not related to hair loss / miniturization?

The thing is this all happened suddenly; almost as if a genetic switch was turned on and my hormones went crazy thus initiating all these changes.
The only explanation I can come up is that I was going through chronic stress for a few years before all this happened. I am beginning to think that hormones is wreaking havoc on me more so than genetic predisposition. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You haven't seen nothing yet, wait to you get to be 40! It is not stress, the sun the moon. Better lower your DHT levels now with Finasteride (marketed as Proscar, Propecia, Fincar, Finpecia, Finax, Finast, Finara, Finalo, Prosteride, Gefina, Appecia, Finasterid....
Why go bald!

I know that I need to get on finasteride in order to combat my thinning / miniturizing caused by DHT. What about my current scalp and acne condition? That is surely can't be related to DHT. The pores/glands on my face are enlarged to the point that I can see them from afar. Unlike most people that go bald, I noticed sudden heavy shedding way before the thinning out of the entire scalp. My hair volume is decreasing from one month to another. I probably need to get on finasteride and get this nasty scalp condition under control to get any regrowth or stabilization.

Yes it is related to DHT. Specifically to much DHT for you specifically! Also your Testosterone levels could be high and adding to the situation. T levels can spike at your age contrary to the fact that they also decrease with age. DHT causes inflammation in sensitive follicles. My first hair loss at 45 was sudden, fast and furious at times. When I got on finasteride and Nizoral my itchy, red scalp healed and my hair loss halted in its tracks and now I have some regrowth, damn good news for me!

By the way the more you wait around and do nothing the more chance of the damaged hair not ever being able to grow back.
