Desperate for help!

Okay I am almost 100% sure I have what is called aquired progressive kinking of the hair. The Hairs behind my ears are pubic like and gross looking and the hair on the top is a mixture of this and regular hair. My hairline has receded and whenever I wash my hair it comes out all poofy and unmanageable and looks terrible. It is like straw like with no life to it or anything. It just stands straight up and grows in every way with no pattern or anything.

I have no history of male pattern baldness and I have been on the big 3 for about 11 months now with no results. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Even if I dont regrow any hair I will be happy if I can just restore the quality to my hair, it is disgusting and is making me crazy.

I have this, and also the pubic-like hair only grows a little, about an inch and either falls or stays that long. i used minoxidil for 2 years and it doesn´t work, and i started with propecia for about 6 months and it only works a little on the top of my head, but not on the sides. on the top it seems less pubic-like but it doesn´t seem to grow past that inch i said before. its awefull, specially if you like to wear your hair long

Ok man so it sounds like it's miniaturising, hence the loss of quality, What would help people to help you is if people posted photos with your posts although I can understand why people shy away from it

Did taking Finestaride work for anyone here? Did the kinkyness get reduced?
