Sebum contains DHT which is then reabsorbed into the hair follicles to do further damage. Is this right? :?

It is important learn about sebum flow. If sebum reach at the "target" cells in the inner part of pilo sebaceous unit, then it's DTH content could be agravated the male pattern baldness process.
Some people think that sebum only flow outside of follicle, but mi idea is diferent: the sebum also travel to the inner part of hair and it can arrive the papila cells. So the sebum also play a role in androgens metabolism.
On the other hand, homeless have not problem with common baldness because there is not a detention in his sebum flow.
