Hello everybody. Where are you buying Keratene? Not found exactly that on Ebay, only keratin. Another question is whether this Keratene can give the same side effects of Finasteride.

I've got news to report.

It's my 4th day on the pills. I took 1 pill per day the first two days.

I wanted to test how far I could push it to lower the most amount of DHT without getting side effects, so, I took 2 pills yesterday, and plan on 2 again today.

No change in libido, same as usual. However, this morning when I jacked off my semen came out CLEAR, almost transparent.

If this is it as far as sexual side effects and it has lowered my DHT levels like it says it does, then it's a no brainer.

Will continue reporting.

I've been on it for two weeks and no change in libido at all...in fact, since I've gotten off Saw Palmetto and onto this, my libido has spiked....I was a walking hard-on at work yesterday and that hasn't happened in months..

..either way, this stuff will not grow you new hair, it will hopefully stop it from falling out...but that will take time to see...also, there are probably some hairs that will be falling out no matter what at this point so, again, it will take some time...gotta stick with it...

Right. Also, I think your spike in libido could be more of a psychological thing, who knows.

BTW, I don't think any of their topical products (Keratene) will really do anything for your hair. I was going to order some of their serum, but meh.

But anyway, I feel these pills probably do work after all. At least I hope so. I mean, ****, they're expensive.

I am getting my DHT results today, and I will get another blood test in a month to see where I'm at.

I've been using it for a week, 1 pill a day, nothing to report of course.
Sparx, do you use 2 pills day?
I'm going to up the dose soon, I just want my body to get used to it.

Could be..but I doubt it...everything is just hanging better all around...

Very important you let us know how your DHT levels are doing :punk:

17 year old here, should i give it a crack? been on minoxidil for 8 months with no results, diffuse thinner

I wouldn't, simply because you are 17 and DHT is still playing a vital role in your development. But that's just me and my opinion. Ask your MD about starting a treatment like this, as playing with your hormones isn't a game. If he green lights you, please get a DHT test done of your blood so that you have something to compare to in the future in case anything goes wrong.

I just went to start having drop in libido and other side effects with Finasteride after 4 months. I think 1 or 2 months is little time to evaluate this anti-DHT.

Update:

My DHT levels are 856 pg/ml, which is high. Will be testing again in a month to see what kind of impact this product has had, if any.

---------------------

im 18 soon, hair is diffusing fast :(

As I said earlier, If I were your age I would not personally start any anti-DHT treatment, since men usually finish developing sexually at the age of 21, and DHT plays a major role in that area. I am testing this treatment since I am 23 and I'm pretty much fully grown.

Let me ask you a couple of questions:

1. Is your hair loss following the Norwood pattern? In other words, temple recession, then vertex, etc?
2. Are you diffusing all over your scalp? And how fast?
3. Do you have miniaturization or is your hair simply shedding/falling out?

Thanks.

Just curious why one would try this. It is not FDA approved like propecia and comes from another country. Who knows what it will do to you in the long run. I know Propecia has sides, but has this even been tested? Hey I hope it does work and doesnt have any sides. Good luck everyone, but maybe someone can enlighten me on why people are confident its safeer than propecia.

You answered your own question. We're hoping that this product is an alternative for people that cannot tolerate Propecia due to the side effects, yet still want to lower DHT systematically. Some people on this forum are testing it out (including myself) to see if it lives up to it's promises. I've read their manual and supposedly, the way it works is that it binds to 5AR and simply impedes the chemical reaction that reduces testosterone to DHT, instead of inhibiting the actual enzyme like Finasteride does.

Now, let's see if this is all bull****, or true. Thats why we're testing it out. If this fails, I'm going to get on finasteride (ugh), so I'm hoping it doesn't.
