did i buy fake finasteride?

i got a bunch of Cipla Finpecia and ive been using it for about 1.5 months now i think. maybe a bit more. anyway ive been dosing 2mg/day split up into 4 dosages. im worried because my scalp still gets itchy from time to time(although not as much as before).

also, ive noticed a ton of people getting sides from just .5mg/day but ive gotten absolutely no side effects so far. libido is still the same, not feeling depressed or anything. im shedding like a motherfuker but im pretty sure thats because of the minoxidil.

i was gonna get some bloodwork done to check my lipids and test/estro levels and was thinking of buying a serum DHT test as well but its pretty expensive.


any thoughts?

Well, count your self in the 90%-ish range of people that don't get any sides from finasteride.

Been taking Finast (Dr Reddy's) 1/4 a day for around the same time. Exactly the same. No sides, although when I feel unwell I convince myself it must the finasteride!

A perfect example of how distorted perception has become on these forums.. When someone thinks they are taking a placebo when they don't end up with side effects from taking finasteride.

I seriously doubt there is any fake finasteride out there. I've never heard of anyone buying it before. From what I understand, it's extremely cheap and easy to produce, so it's just not worth shipping fakes. v**** and Cialis on the other hand, you need to watch out for!

As previously mentioned, please group yourself into the 90-95% of users that experience no adverse reactions to taking finasteride. Consider yourself lucky, and enjoy the benefits!
