Did the FDA make everyone take out the Azelaic Acid too?

It is bad enough they shut down Dr. Lee and others - loved the 15% formulas - hey, Dr. Lee got so far as to have a 15% minoxidil, Azalaic Acid, and Finasteride formula. It was fantastic. But the FDA put him out of business. Now decent formulas like Lipogaine have taken the Azealic Acid out. Did the FDA cause this to happen too?

It is very likely that they did this and likely that azelaic acid was not making minoxidil by itself more effective but increasing its absorption which is problematic. I'm quite certain that 15% formulas are banned for this reason. I think people forget that minoxidil is a very serious drug that is only used in very rare circumstances to control blood pressure.
