difficulty urinating?

Hi,

been on finasteride and minoxidil for a few months. noticed results in three months. figured it was due to stress or something so I stopped taking the meds. hair started to thin again, so im back on the big three.

after three weeks, i noticed my ability to urinate has become significantly harder.

I dont know if this is due to the increase in stress from lack of sleep or if its from the reduced size of my prostate.

its like my bladder fills up but its locked.

Yep, its finasteride

I am not sure why.. I had exactly the same symptoms after starting finasteride.

Its not finasteride-finasteride actually makes it easier to urinate and any affect on the prostate doesn't occur til 6 months of use. Difficulty urinating could be from many things including an urinary tract infection, std, benign prostatic hyperplasia etc...NOT from the finasteride.

I have been having the same problem while urinating.

Its like I urinate, then after 5 minutes I feel like urinating again.

your prostata is bothering you. although finasteride is not supposed to badly affect prostata health, it is still happening. cautiously with finasteride.

previosusly before finasteride i had an uncomfortable sensation when urinating, after 6 month+ of taking finasteride, the symptoms were all gone.

Now i feel urinating is better and there is no dribble likte before.
