I'm a 32 yr old Indian guy, experiencing slow but steady diffuse thinning..I'm currently on finasteride 1 mg (15 months),nizoral 3x/week,lot of oil massages and phyto capsules- 2/day..I've used roagine in the past for an year and quit with 0 results..my goal is just to regrow gaps and maintain it.. any advice is appreciated..

If finasteride stabilized your hairloss, you can do a hair transplant for more density.

i'd say after almost an year.. I had to first ride out a few hair sheds and oily scalps..I've suffered from a chronic mild scalp psoriasis condition which I eventually won over with lot of oil treatments and massages .. also i think quitting alcohol helped as it interacts with finasteride..one thing I regret about was using rogaine all over scalp as it seemed to have made my condition worse and i dont think i've ever recovered lost hair..
